Children up to 3 years are free of charge. Children from 4 to 12 years pay Eur 15 / day (extra bed or baby cot on request) in parents‘ room with two paying adults.
Booked rooms are hold until hr 06.00 p.m. of the arrival date. After that, the hotel reserves the right to release them for sale. If clients expect late arrival, the hotel has to be informed at least one day (24 hours) prior their arrival.
48 or more than 48 hours before arrival free of charge.
Less than 48 hours before arrival or no show, 100% for the first night will be charged.
Until 28 days prior to arrival cancellation free of charge
28 days or less – 25% of the total fee will be incurred
14 days or less: - 50% of the total fee will be incurred
With less than 7 days notice or no show – 100% of the total fee will be incurred

To confirm your reservation, we will need all the data requested in the booking form: your name, address, phone number, email addrees, arrival and departure details. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit by bank transfer.
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit (Eur 30 x person) on the arrival day in order to cover possible damage.
The payment for the entire stay will be made on the arrival day.
All the cash payments have to be made in Euro. In case of payment in CZK the actual Czech National Bank exchange rate will be applied (www.cnb.cz ).
